Mr Mahantesh Karoshi is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Women’s Health Expert. Mr Mahantesh Karoshi has accomplished several achievements in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Notably, he was awarded the esteemed Bernhard Baron Travelling Fellowship by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists (RCOG) in London. He is also a Co-Convenor for the Annual Masterclass in the Management of Massive Postpartum Haemorrhage, held at the RCOG in London. Moreover, he serves as a Tutor for the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists at Barnet Hospital. Mr Mahantesh holds a Diploma in Gynaecological Endoscopy from Leuven, Belgium, and is an esteemed member of the British Medical Association.
Mr Mahantesh Karoshi actively engages in research and frequently presents new findings at professional conferences. Since 2013 he has been a Co-Convenor for the Annual Masterclass in the Management of Massive Postpartum Haemorrhage at the RCOG, London. He was appointed the Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in 2010 at Barnet Hospital. From 2001 to 2005, he was a Clinical Research Fellow in the Reproductive Medicine Unit at the Fertility Unit of North Middlesex University Hospital, where he developed expertise and gained hands-on experience in follicular tracking, ovulation induction, formulating management plans and intrauterine inseminations. He was a Research Associate in 2004 at Northwestern University’s Multiple Births Foundation in Chicago with Professor Louis Keith. In 2007 he worked as a volunteer obstetrician in Ethiopia. This role covered all aspects of obstetric and gynaecological emergencies. In 2010, the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, London awarded him the prestigious Bernhard Baron Travelling Fellowship. This gave him the opportunity to work at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, on the techniques involved in the advanced surgical management of morbidly adherent placental disorders. He is currently a tutor for the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists at Barnet Hospital. This position enables him to create direct contributions to specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology.
